Alisa M. Olander has spent the majority of her writing career tapping (80 WPM) the keys for music reviews and articles. She took the road most traveled and started taking jobs for better pay and benefits on the business side of music, which diminished any desire to write about music.  By day she works as a Research Analyst for MTV Networks in the city that never sleeps, and by night she writes books in New Jersey where she actually does sleep.
